Abstract

Mazkur maqolada korxonalarda sotish tizimini tashkil etish va uni takomillashtirishning nazariy hamdaamaliy jihatlari yoritilgan. Sotish jarayonining samaradorligini oshirishda marketing strategiyalarini to‘g‘ri tanlash, bozortalabini tahlil qilish, mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni boshqarish tizimlaridan foydalanish hamda zamonaviy axborottexnologiyalarini joriy etish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Shuningdek, sotish kanallarini diversifikatsiya qilish,savdo xodimlari faoliyatini rag‘batlantirish va sotish natijalarini tahlil qilish orqali korxona raqobatbardoshligini oshirishyo‘llari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari sotish tizimini takomillashtirish korxonaning moliyaviy barqarorligi va bozorulushini kengaytirishda muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
