Abstract

O‘zbekiston qurilish korxonalarida korporativ ijtimoiy mas’uliyat (KIM)ning amaldagi holati va uning rivojlanishistiqbollari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot doirasida 120 ta qurilish korxonasi faoliyati o‘rganilib, KIMning iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy vaekologik bloklari bo‘yicha integral indeksi hisoblab chiqildi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, qurilish korxonalarida KIMning o‘rtachadarajasi 55 ballni tashkil etdi. Yirik korxonalarda mazkur ko‘rsatkich nisbatan yuqori bo‘lsa-da, kichik va o‘rta korxonalardainstitutsional mexanizmlar yetarli darajada shakllanmagan. Statistik tahlil KIM darajasi va iqtisodiy samaradorlik o‘rtasidaijobiy hamda ahamiyatli bog‘liqlik mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Maqolada qurilish sohasida KIMni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha aniqamaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan
