Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli transformatsiyaning mintaqalarning barqaror rivojlanishiga ta’siri, uning iqtisodiy,ijtimoiy va ekologik jihatlariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data), sun’iy intellekt,bulutli hisoblash va aqlli infratuzilma kabi raqamli texnologiyalarning mintaqaviy raqobatbardoshlikni oshirish, davlatxizmatlari sifatini yaxshilash, innovatsion ekotizimlarni rivojlantirish hamda resurslardan samarali foydalanishni qo‘llabquvvatlashdagio‘rni tahlil qilingan. Shu bilan birga, maqolada raqamli rivojlanish bilan bog‘liq yangi imkoniyatlar,infratuzilmani rivojlantirish istiqbollari, kiberxavfsizlikni mustahkamlash va institutsional salohiyatni oshirish masalalariham yoritilgan.Raqamlashtirish strategiyalarini mintaqaviy rivojlanish siyosati bilan uyg‘unlashtirish hududlarning barqaror rivojlanishmaqsadlariga erishishini jadallashtirish bilan bir qatorda, hududlararo rivojlanish muvozanatini mustahkamlashga xizmatqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, samarali raqamli transformatsiya muvofiqlashtirilgan boshqaruv tiziminishakllantirish, raqamli infratuzilmaga investitsiyalarni kengaytirish, inson kapitalini rivojlantirish va inklyuziv siyosatmexanizmlarini joriy etish orqali uzoq muddatli va barqaror mintaqaviy o‘sishni ta’minlash imkonini beradi
