Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSH) loyihalarining uzoq muddatli hayotiy siklida yuzagakeladigan iqtisodiy risklarni boshqarishning konseptual strategiyalari tadqiq etilgan. Unda risklarni “eng samarali boshqaraoladigan tomonga yuklash” tamoyili asosida ularni optimal taqsimlash mexanizmlari, shuningdek, inflyatsiya va valyutakursi tebranishlari sharoitida moliyaviy barqarorlikni ta’minlash modellarini qo‘llash masalalari yoritilgan. Maqolada tariflarniindeksatsiya qilish, minimal daromad kafolati va “step-in rights” kabi huquqiy-iqtisodiy vositalarning loyiha barqarorliginita’minlashdagi ahamiyati chuqur tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari investitsion muhit jozibadorligini oshirish hamda davlatxarajatlari samaradorligini (Value for Money) yanada kuchaytirishga qaratilgan strategik tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
