Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida bandlikni legallashtirishning institutsional mexanizmlarinitakomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda norasmiy bandlikni qisqartirish hamda mehnat resurslarini rasmiyiqtisodiyotga jalb etishda raqamli texnologiyalar, platformaviy yechimlar va ma’lumotlar integratsiyasining o‘rni asoslabberilgan. Xususan, obodonlashtirish davlat korxonasi faoliyati misolida texnologiyalarni integratsiya qilish, ish jarayonlarinioptimallashtirish, katta ma’lumotlar tahlili asosida aholi ehtiyojlarini aniqlash va xizmat turlarini diversifikatsiya qilish orqalirasmiy bandlikni kengaytirish imkoniyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan.Shuningdek, mahallalar bilan hamkorlikni kuchaytirish, raqamli buyurtma platformalarini joriy etish, soddalashtirilganmehnat munosabatlari va ijtimoiy himoya mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish orqali norasmiy ishlovchilarni legallashtirishmodeli taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari obodonlashtirish xizmatlari ko‘rsatish tizimida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish,xizmat sifati va shaffofligini ta’minlash, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash, shuningdek, aholi ishtirokinikengaytirishga xizmat qiladi.Mazkur yondashuv raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida bandlikni rasmiylashtirishning kompleks institutsional modelinishakllantirishga nazariy va amaliy asos yaratadi
