Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qurilish korxonalarini moliyalashtirishda korporativ qimmatli qog‘ozlardan foydalanishningilg‘or xorij tajribalari tahlil qilingan. Qurilish sohasining yuqori kapital sig‘imi, loyihalarning uzoq muddatliligi va moliyaviyrisklarning mavjudligi sharoitida an’anaviy bank kreditlariga muqobil moliyalashtirish manbalarining ahamiyati asoslabberilgan. Rivojlangan mamlakatlar misolida qurilish korxonalari tomonidan aksiya va obligatsiyalar chiqarish orqaliinvestitsiya jalb qilish mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tahlil natijasida korporativ qimmatli qog‘ozlar qurilish sohasidamoliyaviy barqarorlikni ta’minlash, investitsiya faolligini oshirish hamda infratuzilmaviy loyihalarni amalga oshirishdasamarali instrument ekanligi aniqlangan. Shuningdek, xorij tajribasini milliy amaliyotga moslashtirish yo‘nalishlari bo‘yichaxulosalar berilgan.
