Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xo‘jalik jamiyatlarining boshqaruv organlari, xususan, aksiyadorlar (ishtirokchilar) umumiyyig‘ilishi, kuzatuv kengashi hamda ijroiya organlari faoliyatini takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil etilgan. Ishda korporativboshqaruv tushunchasining nazariy asoslari va uning amaliy ahamiyati yoritilib, mas’uliyati cheklangan jamiyatlarda hamkorporativ boshqaruv mexanizmlarining mavjudligi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida xo‘jalik jamiyatlaridaboshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan xulosa va amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
