Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida raqamli to‘lov tizimlarini rivojlantirish jarayonining pulmuomalasi barqarorligiga ta’siri, shuningdek, ushbu ta’sirni yanada ijobiy tomonga burish uchun zarur bo‘lganinstitutsional, texnologik va nazoratga oid takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Pul muomalasi barqarorligi faqatnaqd pul emissiyasi yoki naqd pul yetkazib berish bilan cheklanmay, to‘lovlar uzluksizligi, tranzaksiyalar ishonchliligi, puloqimlari prognozlanishi, monetar siyosat signallarining iqtisodiyotga o‘tishi va to‘lovlar bo‘yicha ma’lumotlar sifati kabiomillar bilan ham belgilanadi.
