Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida maxsus iqtisodiy zonalarda soliq ma’muriyatchiliginitakomillashtirishning metodologik asoslarini ishlab chiqishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda raqamli transformatsiyajarayonlarining soliq boshqaruviga ta’siri, avtomatlashtirilgan nazorat tizimlari, ma’lumotlar integratsiyasi hamda riskgaasoslangan monitoring mexanizmlarining ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Maxsus iqtisodiy zonalarda qo‘llanilayotgan soliqimtiyozlari va ma’muriy tartib-taomillarning amaliy natijalari baholanadi. Tadqiqot davomida soliq ma’muriyatchiligidamavjud institutsional va texnologik muammolar aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan integratsiyalashgan raqamliboshqaruv modeli taklif etiladi. Mazkur yondashuv soliq nazoratining shaffofligini oshirish, ma’muriy xarajatlarni kamaytirishva soliq intizomini mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi.
