Abstract

Maqolada yirik va kichik biznes subyektlari o‘rtasida kooperatsiya munosabatlarini rivojlantirishning nazariymetodologikasoslari hamda amaliy yo‘nalishlari tadqiq etilgan. Kooperatsiyaning iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlash, ishlabchiqarish samaradorligini oshirish va raqobatbardoshlikni kuchaytirishdagi o‘rni asoslab berilgan. Uning zamonaviyshakllaridan biri bo‘lgan autsorsingning iqtisodiy mohiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston sharoitida yirik vakichik biznes o‘rtasidagi hamkorlikni rivojlantirishga ta’sir etuvchi omillar tahlil qilinib, kooperatsiya mexanizmlarinitakomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
