Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston oziq-ovqat sanoatida mahsulot ishlab chiqarish samaradorligining hozirgiholati va rivojlanish tendensiyalari kompleks tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot 2017–2024-yillar davomida ishlab chiqarish hajmi,bandlik, mehnat unumdorligi, investitsiyalar va eksport ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasidagi nisbatlarni empirik baholashgaasoslangan. Olingan natijalar oziq-ovqat sanoatida ishlab chiqarish hajmining o‘sishi asosan intensiv omillar — mehnatunumdorligining oshishi, kapital bilan qurollanish darajasining ortishi hamda texnologik modernizatsiya hisobigata’minlanganini ko‘rsatadi. Shu bilan birga, tarmoqning yalpi ichki mahsulot va sanoat tarkibidagi ulushining qisqarishimavjud o‘sish modelining ayrim tarkibiy cheklovlarini ochib beradi. Maqolada ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar asosida oziq-ovqatsanoatida ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan
