Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada xususiy korxonalarda kadrlar menejmenti tizimini samarali tashkil etish va unitakomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida xususiy sektor faoliyatining muvaffaqiyati,avvalo, inson resurslaridan oqilona foydalanish, xodimlarning kasbiy salohiyatini rivojlantirish hamda ularning mehnatmotivatsiyasini oshirish bilan bevosita bog‘liqdir. Tadqiqotda kadrlar menejmentining asosiy funksiyalari — xodimlarnitanlash va joylashtirish, mehnat faoliyatini baholash, rag‘batlantirish tizimi, malaka oshirish va kadrlar rotatsiyasi jarayonlariilmiy-nazariy jihatdan ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy menejment yondashuvlari, raqamli texnologiyalar vainnovatsion boshqaruv usullarining xususiy korxonalar kadrlar siyosatiga ta’siri yoritib berilgan. Maqolada xodimlarsamaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan ilg‘or xorijiy tajribalar tahlil qilinib, ularni milliy sharoitga moslashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiyxulosalar berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari xususiy korxonalarda raqobatbardoshlikni ta’minlash va barqaror rivojlanishgaerishishda kadrlar menejmenti tizimini takomillashtirish muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi
