Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston bank tizimida resurs bazasini kengaytirishning muqobil mexanizmi sifatidata’minotli yirik kreditlar asosida qimmatli qog‘ozlar chiqarish masalalari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda bank kredit portfellariningsifatli va likvid ta’minot bilan ta’minlangan qismi kapital bozorlari uchun ishonchli moliyaviy aktiv sifatida tahlil qilinadi.Shuningdek, kredit portfellarini moliyaviy instrumentlarga aylantirish orqali banklarning likvidlik darajasini oshirish, uzoqmuddatli resurslarni jalb qilish va moliyaviy barqarorlikni mustahkamlash imkoniyatlari asoslab beriladi. Maqolada ushbumexanizmning kapital bozorini rivojlantirish va real sektorni investitsiya resurslari bilan ta’minlashdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan
