Mintaqalar Iqtisodiy Rivojlanishidagi Tafovutlarni Kamaytirishni Ta’Minlashdagi Xorij Mamlakatlar Tajribasi

Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot zamonaviy global iqtisodiyot sharoitida mintaqaviy iqtisodiy tafovutlarning kuchayishigata’sir etuvchi omillarni, jumladan globalizatsiya, sun’iy intellekt va iqlim o‘zgarishi jarayonlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan.Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi Yevropa Ittifoqi, AQSh, Germaniya va Xitoy kabi rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasini o‘rganishasosida rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar iqtisodiyoti uchun samarali mexanizmlarni aniqlash hamda amaliy tavsiyalar ishlabchiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, xorijiy tajribaning muhim yutuqlari, xususan, Yevropa Ittifoqi koheziyasiyosati doirasida Gini koeffitsiyentining 36,2 % dan 33 % ga kamayishi hamda Germaniyada transfer mexanizmlari orqalihududiy konvergentsiyaning 79 % ga erishilgani aniqlangan va ular rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar tajribasi bilan qiyosiy tahlilqilingan. Xulosada ushbu xorijiy tajribalar rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar mintaqalarining barqaror iqtisodiy rivojlanishinita’minlashda muhim metodik asos bo‘lib xizmat qilishi mumkinligi, biroq ularni mahalliy sharoitlarga moslashtirish zarurligita’kidlanadi.
