Abstract

Mazkur maqolada banklarni transformatsiyalash jarayonida investitsion kreditlashni samarali tashkil etishbo‘yicha xalqaro tajriba tahlil qilinadi. Rivojlangan davlatlar bank tizimida qo‘llanilayotgan transformatsiya modellari,raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish amaliyoti, risklarni boshqarishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari hamda investitsionloyihalarni moliyalashtirish mexanizmlarining ustun jihatlari o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, xorijiy banklarda investitsion kreditportfellarini shakllantirish amaliyoti O‘zbekiston bank sektorini modernizatsiya qilish jarayonida tatbiq etilishi mumkinbo‘lgan samarali yechimlar bilan qiyosiy tahlil qilinadi
