Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekistonda davlat fuqarolik xizmati xodimlari mehnatiga haq to‘lash tiziminingamaliy holati, budjet xarajatlari tarkibidagi o‘rni va samaradorlikka ta’siri IMRAD yondashuvi asosida tahlil qilindi.Tadqiqotda 2024–2025-yillarning I choragidagi budjet xarajatlari, ish haqi xarajatlari ulushi hamda mehnatga haqto‘lash tizimining institutsional va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilindi. Natijalar ish haqi xarajatlari ulushining ortishi insonkapitaliga yo‘naltirilayotgan resurslar kengayayotganini ko‘rsatadi. Shu bilan birga, xarajatlar samaradorligini oshirishuchun KPI, xizmat sifati indikatorlari, raqamli monitoring va ichki audit mexanizmlarini kuchaytirish zarurligi asoslandi
