O‘Zbekiston Respublikasida Inson Kapitalini Moliyalashtirish Samaradorligini Baholash

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida inson kapitaliga yo‘naltirilgan investitsiyalarning natijadorligihamda ularning amaldagi holati tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda inson kapitalini baholashning zamonaviy yondashuvlari,xususan, Jahon bankining IKI+ metodologiyasi asos qilib olingan. Inson kapitalining samaradorligi sog‘liqni saqlash, ta’limva bandlik ko‘rsatkichlari orqali kompleks baholangan. Tahlil natijalari O‘zbekistonda inson kapitaliga yo‘naltirilayotganresurslar muayyan ijobiy natijalarni shakllantirayotganini, biroq ularning samaradorligini yanada oshirish uchun qo‘shimchaimkoniyatlar mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Ayniqsa, ta’lim sifati, oliy ta’lim qamrovi, mehnat bozorida samarali bandlikni ta’minlash,shuningdek, raqamli ko‘nikmalarni rivojlantirish inson kapitaliga yo‘naltirilgan investitsiyalar samaradorligini oshirishningustuvor yo‘nalishlari sifatida baholandi.
