Ta’Lim Muassasalarida Ko‘Chmas Mulkni Uzoq Muddatli Ijaraga Olish: Operatsion Risklarni Boshqarishning Samarali Mexanizmi

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ta’lim muassasalarida ko‘chmas mulk obyektiga kamida 5 yil muddatga tuzilgan ijarashartnomasini operatsion risklarni boshqarishning samarali mexanizmi sifatida qo‘llash masalalari ilmiy-amaliy nuqtainazardan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda uzoq muddatli ijaraning moliyaviy barqarorlikka ta’siri, xarajatlarni prognozlashimkoniyatlari, ijara stavkalarining keskin oshishi bilan bog‘liq xavf-xatarlar va ta’lim jarayonining uzluksizligini ta’minlashdagiroli o‘rganiladi. Xususan, qisqa muddatli ijaraga xos bo‘lgan shartnomaning bekor qilinishi, majburiy ko‘chish, qaytamoslashtirish xarajatlari (500 000 – 1 000 000 AQSH dollari) va o‘quv jarayonining to‘xtashi kabi operatsion risklar miqdoriyva sifat jihatidan baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim sohasidagi ko‘chmas mulk boshqaruvini takomillashtirishga doiramaliy tavsiyalar bilan yakunlanadi.
