O‘Zbekistonda Inson Kapitalini Rivojlantirishning Iqtisodiy Va Institutsional Asoslari: Muammolar Va Istiqbollar

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada inson kapitalining iqtisodiy o‘sish jarayonidagi o‘rni hamda O‘zbekiston sharoitida unirivojlantirishning iqtisodiy va institutsional asoslari kompleks tarzda tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqot inson kapitali nazariyasi hamdaendogen iqtisodiy o‘sish modellari konseptual yondashuvlariga tayangan holda amalga oshirilgan. Maqolada ta’lim sifatidarajasi, mehnat bozori bilan integratsiya jarayonlari, sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi samaradorligi, hududlar o‘rtasidagi rivojlanishtafovutlari hamda demografik omillarning inson kapitali rivojlanishiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri chuqur o‘rganilgan. O‘tkazilgantahlillar natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, inson kapitalini izchil rivojlantirish barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlash va mintaqaviytaraqqiyotga erishishda muhim strategik omillardan biri hisoblanadi. Shu bilan birga, sifat va samaradorlikni yanadaoshirish, institutsional mexanizmlarni takomillashtirish hamda ta’lim tizimi bilan mehnat bozori o‘rtasidagi uyg‘unliknikuchaytirish zarurati mavjud. Tadqiqot natijalariga asoslanib, inson kapitalini rivojlantirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari hamdaamaliy ahamiyatga ega strategik takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
