Abstract

Ushbu maqolada murakkab loyihalarda risklarni baholash va boshqarish strategiyalari bo‘yicha tahlil qilindi.Tadqiqot jarayonida O‘zbekistondagi va boshqa davlatlardagi loyihalar bilan bog’liq muammolar, xavf-xatarlar va risklargasabab bo’luvchi omillar o‘rganilib, loyihalardagi muammolarga yetarlicha yechimlar keltirildi hamda loyihalardagi risklarnitahlil qilgan holda xavflarni oldini olish, risklarni kamaytirishga doir tahlil natijalari keltirildi. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra ushbumaqolada ichki va tashqi monitoring mexanizmlari, tizimlashtirilgan strategiyalar va hozirgi kundagi innovatsion metodlarniqo‘llash bo‘yicha ko‘rsatmalar berildi.
