Производительность Труда В Малом Бизнесе: Организационные Резервы Роста И Роль Обучения Персонала

Abstract

Производительность труда в секторе малого бизнеса является одним из ключевых факторовустойчивости и конкурентоспособности национальной экономики. В Узбекистане вклад малого и среднегопредпринимательства (МСП) остаётся значительным: в январе–июне 2023 года их доля в валовом внутреннемпродукте составила 48,6 % [1]. Вместе с тем практики формального обучения персонала применяются вограниченном масштабе, что снижает потенциал более полного использования человеческого капитала какисточника повышения эффективности. Цель статьи заключается в выявлении организационных резервов ростапроизводительности труда и раскрытии роли обучения персонала в закреплении достигнутых улучшений. В работепредложена модель «Организация–Процессы–Навыки (обучение)», а также KPI-карта для оценки эффекта «до–после» внедрения управленческих изменений.
