Budjet Tizimi Budjetlari Ijrosi Ustidan Moliyaviy Nazoratni Takomillashtirish Masalalari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida budjet tizimi budjetlari ijrosi ustidan moliyaviy nazoratnitakomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi budjet mablag‘laridan foydalanish jarayonidaqo‘llanilayotgan nazorat shakllari va usullarining samaradorligini baholash hamda ularni yaxshilash bo‘yicha amaliytakliflar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqotda adabiyotlar tahlili, taqqoslash, korelyatsion va regression tahlil usullaridanfoydalanilgan. Olingan natijalar moliyaviy nazorat samaradorligi oshgan sari budjet mablag‘larining maqsadli va oqilonasarflanishi kuchayishini ko‘rsatdi. Shuningdek, elektron nazorat tizimlarining joriy etilishi nazorat jarayonlarining shaffofligiva tezkorligini oshirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Maqolada budjet ijrosi ustidan moliyaviy nazoratnitakomillashtirishga qaratilgan xulosalar davlat moliyaviy boshqaruvi samaradorligini oshirishda amaliy ahamiyat kasbetadi.
