Abstract

Bugungi kunda boshqaruv kadrlarini tanlash va ularning liderlik salohiyatini baholash huquqiy-demokratikdavlat hamda fuqarolik jamiyatini barpo etish yo‘lidagi ustuvor vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi. Jamiyat hayotining turlisohalarini rivojlantirish va erkinlashtirish, rahbar kadrlarning kasbiy mahoratini takomillashtirish, ularning ma’naviyaxloqiyqiyofasini yuksaltirish masalalari alohida ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Davlat rahbarining kadrlar tayyorlash, ularningma’naviyati va salohiyatiga e’tibor qaratayotgani, shuningdek, rahbar kadrlar faoliyati ustidan jamoatchilik nazoratinikuchaytirishga da’vat etayotgani bugungi davr talablariga to‘liq mos keladi
