Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb qilishda moliyaviy bozor mexanizmlarini takomillashtirishmasalalari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi moliyaviy bozor instrumentlari orqali investitsiyaoqimlarini oshirishning samarali usullarini aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida tahlil, taqqoslash va mantiqiyumumlashtirish usullaridan foydalanilgan. Olingan natijalarga ko‘ra, roadshow, greenfield investitsiyalar hamdakraudfanding mexanizmlarining xorijiy investitsiyalarni jalb etishdagi ahamiyati asoslab berildi. Shuningdek, amaldagimoliyaviy bozor mexanizmlarining asosiy cheklovlari aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish yo‘nalishlari ko‘rsatib o‘tildi. Tadqiqotnatijalari moliyaviy bozorlarni rivojlantirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqishda ilmiy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
