Abstract

Mazkur maqolada sanoat korxonalarini boshqarish tizimining nazariy va metodologik asoslari tahlil qilinib,ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan boshqaruv mexanizmlari o‘rganilgan. Korxonalar faoliyatidaresurslardan oqilona foydalanish, iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlarni yaxshilash hamda raqobatbardoshlikni oshirishda zamonaviyboshqaruv usullarining ahamiyati ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari strategik boshqaruv va resurslardansamarali foydalanish sanoat korxonalarida yuqori iqtisodiy natijalarga erishishni ta’minlashini ko‘rsatadi
