Raqamli Bank Xizmatlarining Moliyaviy Bozor Rivojiga Ta‘Siri

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Oʻzbekiston Respublikasida raqamli bank xizmatlarining, xususan, mobil ilovalar, onlaynbanking va raqamli toʻlov tizimlarining moliyaviy bozor taraqqiyotiga taʼsiri ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda OʻzbekistonMarkaziy banki va tijorat banklarining statistik maʼlumotlari asosida 2021–2024-yillardagi asosiy koʻrsatkichlar(foydalanuvchilar soni, tranzaksiyalar hajmi, omonatlar va kreditlar miqdori) oʻrganildi. Natijalarda mobil bank ilovalarifoydalanuvchilari sonining 3,3 barobarga oshgani, toʻlov tizimlari orqali tranzaksiyalar hajmining yildan-yilga 80% danortiq oʻsgani aniqlangan. Masofaviy xizmatlardan foydalanish aholining bank tizimiga boʻlgan ishonchini mustahkamlab,omonatlar va kreditlash faoliyatining faollashuviga sabab boʻlmoqda. Tadqiqot xalqaro tajribalar bilan solishtirib, mavjudimkoniyatlar va dolzarb muammolarni tahlil etadi. Xulosa sifatida, raqamli bank xizmatlari Oʻzbekiston moliyaviy bozoriniyanada samarali va inklyuziv qilishda muhim omil boʻlib xizmat qilayotgani taʼkidlanadi. Foydalanuvchilarning raqamlisavodxonligini oshirish, kiberxavfsizlikni mustahkamlash va texnologik infratuzilmani rivojlantirish asosiy tavsiyalarqatorida berilgan.
