Abstract

Farg‘ona vodiysi aholisi zich va transport qatnovi yuqori bo‘lgan hududlardan biri bo‘lib, Qo‘qon shahriatrofida shakllangan transport tugunlari yo‘l tarmog‘ining o‘tkazuvchanligi va xavfsizligiga katta talab qo‘yadi. Ushbumaqolada Farg‘ona vodiysi misolida tarmoqlangan avtomobil yo‘llari qurish tizimini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha kompleksyondashuv taklif etiladi. Metodologiya graf modeli, transport oqimi tahlili, ko‘p mezonli optimallashtirish hamda ITS vaGIS asosidagi monitoring integratsiyasiga tayangan. Natijada kritik segmentlarni aniqlash va rekonstruksiya ustuvorliginibelgilashga xizmat qiluvchi konseptual model ishlab chiqildi
