Abstract

Ushbu maqolada xorijiy rivojlangan mamlakatlarda va mamlakatimizda faoliyat yuritayotgan aksiyadorlikjamiyatlarida raqamli texnologiyalar va sunʼiy intellektni joriy qilish orqali korporativ boshqaruvning samaradorligini oshirish,raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishdagi ilmiy qarashlar, bu boradagi jahon tajribasini oʻrganish, mamlakatimizdaraqamli texnologiyalar va sunʼiy intellekt texnologiyalarini korporativ boshqaruvga joriy qilish va uning samaradorliginioshirishning huquqiy asoslari, ilmiy taʼriflar va ularning tahlili hamda korporativ boshqaruvning samaradorligini oshirishdaraqamli texnologiyalarning rolini oshirish masalalari tahlil qilingan va mualliflik qarashlari ifoda qilingan.
