Abstract

Jahon iqtisodiyoti rivojlanish tajribasi asosida sog‘liqni saqlash sohasida xususiy sektor ishtirokinikengaytirish, aholiga tibbiy xizmat ko‘rsatish madaniyati va sifatini oshirish muhim ijtimoiy vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi.Mazkur maqolada tibbiy xizmatlar ko‘rsatish va ularni moliyalashtirish mexanizmlari, shuningdek, samaradorliginibaholashning milliy hamda xorijiy amaliyoti mualliflar tomonidan tahlil qilingan. Rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasi aholiningsog‘lig‘ini ta’minlash barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlovchi muhim omillardan biri ekanligini ko‘rsatadi. Mustaqillikningdastlabki yillaridan boshlab amalga oshirilgan islohotlar natijasida davlat va xususiy sog‘liqni saqlash tizimini tashkil etishhamda ularning faoliyatini moliyalashtirishning huquqiy va tashkiliy asoslari shakllantirildi. Tadqiqot davomida tibbiyotmuassasalarini moliyalashtirish va ularning faoliyati samaradorligini baholash bilan bog‘liq muammolar aniqlanib, ushbujarayonlarni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
