Abstract

Xizmatlar iqtisodiyotida mijozlar bilan o‘zaro munosabatlarni rivojlantirish korxonalar raqobatbardoshliginita’minlovchi muhim strategik omil sifatida namoyon bo‘lmoqda. Mazkur maqolada xizmatlar sohasida mijozlar bilan o‘zaromunosabatlarni rivojlantirishga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar tizimlashtirilib, ularni baholash mezonlari ilmiy jihatdan asoslabberilgan. Tadqiqotda tashqi va ichki omillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ochib berilib, baholash jarayonida faqat moliyaviyko‘rsatkichlar bilan cheklanmasdan, ijtimoiy va institutsional mezonlardan foydalanish zarurligi asoslangan. Olinganxulosalar xizmatlar sohasida mijozlar bilan munosabatlarni rivojlantirish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish uchun nazariyva metodik asos yaratadi.
