Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tijorat banklarining raqobatbardoshligini, faoliyat samaradorligini hamda qiymat taklifinioshirishga qaratilgan moliyaviy xizmatlarni rivojlantirish strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Global texnologik rivojlanish va mijozlarehtiyojlarining tezkor o‘zgarishi sharoitida tijorat banklari bozor talablariga moslashish hamda innovatsion yondashuvlarnijoriy etish zarurati bilan yuzma-yuz kelmoqda. Tadqiqotda banklarning barqaror o‘sishini ta’minlash va mijozlar ehtiyojlarinimaksimal darajada qondirishga xizmat qiluvchi asosiy strategik yo‘nalishlar aniqlangan. Xususan, raqamli transformatsiya,mahsulot va xizmatlar portfelini kengaytirish, mijozlar tajribasini takomillashtirish, moliyaviy xizmatlardan foydalanishimkoniyatlarini oshirish, risklarni boshqarish tizimini mustahkamlash, inson kapitaliga investitsiyalarni ko‘paytirish hamdabarqaror moliyalashtirish amaliyotlarini rivojlantirish muhim yo‘nalishlar sifatida asoslab berilgan. Ushbu strategiyalarningizchil amalga oshirilishi tijorat banklarining moliyaviy xizmatlar bozoridagi yetakchi mavqeini mustahkamlashga, bizneso‘sishini rag‘batlantirishga hamda iqtisodiy va ijtimoiy farovonlikka erishishga xizmat qiladi.
