Abstract

Настоящая статья посвящена анализу масштабов, структуры и детерминант неформальнойзанятости и теневой экономики в Республике Узбекистан в период с 2022 по 2025 годы. Исследование выявляет,что, несмотря на снижение доли теневого сектора в ВВП в результате масштабных реформ, его объем остаетсязначительным (около 33,3% ВВП), что сдерживает фискальную устойчивость и снижает социальную защитунаселения. Основное внимание уделяется структурным факторам, включая регуляторные барьеры и пробелыв социальном страховании, а также оценке эффективности государственных программ по стимулированиюлегализации экономической деятельности.
