Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mamlakatimiz tijorat banklarining fond bozoridagi investitsion faolligini oshirish zaruriyati,mavjud holati va rivojlantirish istiqbollari yoritilgan. Banklarning fond bozorida ishtirok etish mexanizmlari, investitsionportfellarni diversifikatsiya qilishning nazariy va amaliy asoslari, shuningdek, kapital bozoridagi raqobatbardoshliknita’minlash omillari tahlil qilingan. Maqolada banklarning aksiyalar va obligatsiyalar bo‘yicha operatsiyalarini kengaytirish,raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish, risklarni boshqarish tizimini takomillashtirish hamda tartibga soluvchi-huquqiy muhitnioptimallashtirish orqali investitsion faollikni oshirishning samarali yo‘llari taklif etiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari tijorat banklariinvestitsion faoliyatini yanada rivojlantirish va fond bozorining jozibadorligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
