Abstract

Mazkur maqolada aksiyadorlar va ularning huquqlari, ushbu huquqlarni himoya qilish masalalari hamdasohaning huquqiy kafolatlari tizimli ravishda yoritilgan. Shuningdek, aksiyadorlar huquqlarini ta’minlash nafaqat kompaniyakorporativ boshqaruv tizimini takomillashtirish, balki bozor ishonchini oshirish va investitsiya muhitining barqarorliginimustahkamlashda muhim omil ekani asoslab berilgan. Aksiyadorlar uchun kafolatlangan huquqlarni ta’minlashkompaniyaning uzoq muddatli barqaror rivojlanishi, moliyaviy samaradorligi hamda ijtimoiy mas’uliyatga asoslanganboshqaruv modelini shakllantirishga xizmat qilishi ilmiy jihatdan izohlangan
