Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу практических аспектов формирования доходов работников сферы услугна примере вузов Узбекистана. Рассматриваются современные источники доходов образовательных учреждений,динамика заработной платы и внедрение механизмов эффективного контракта. На основе анализа статистическихданных и нормативных актов предложены пути повышения финансовой устойчивости вузов и стимулированияпреподавательского труда
