Abstract

Ushbu maqola yashil iqtisodiyotga o‘tish jarayonida rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasining iqtisodiyahamiyati va amaliy samaradorligini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi Germaniya, Skandinaviyamamlakatlari va Janubiy Koreya kabi davlatlarda yashil innovatsiyalar, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalari hamdaresurslardan samarali foydalanish asosida erishilgan iqtisodiy natijalarni tahlil qilish va ushbu tajribalarni rivojlanayotganmamlakatlar, xususan O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyoti sharoitida qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqot natijalarishuni ko‘rsatadiki, yashil iqtisodiyot modeli energiya tejamkorligini oshirish, ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini qisqartirish,yangi ish o‘rinlari yaratish va uzoq muddatli barqaror iqtisodiy o‘sishni ta’minlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Rivojlanganmamlakatlarda yashil iqtisodiy siyosatni izchil amalga oshirish davlat va xususiy sektor o‘rtasidagi samarali hamkorlik,investitsiya muhitini yaxshilash va innovatsion texnologiyalarni keng joriy etish orqali amalga oshirilayotganligi aniqlangan.Maqolada xorijiy tajribalarni milliy iqtisodiyotga moslashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilib, yashil iqtisodiyotgao‘tishning iqtisodiy samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan zamonaviy yondashuvlar taklif etiladi
