Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada mahalliy budjet daromadlar bazasini baholashning nazariy-uslubiy asoslari tahlilqilinib, amaldagi baholash mexanizmlarining samaradorligi o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot davomida mahalliy budjet daromadlariningshakllanish manbalari, soliq va nosoliq tushumlarning hududiy rivojlanishga ta’siri hamda baholash tizimidagi muammolaraniqlangan. Shuningdek, mahalliy budjet daromadlar bazasini baholash samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiyamaliytakliflar ishlab chiqilgan
