Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish korxonalarida mehnat resurslarini boshqarishsamaradorligini baholashning uslubiy yondashuvlari tadqiq etilgan. Innovatsion iqtisodiyot sharoitidainson kapitalining roli va uning ishlab chiqaruvchi kuch sifatidagi ahamiyati yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomidasamaradorlikning to‘rtta shakli — ehtiyojga yo‘naltirilgan, maqsadli, iqtisodiy va tijorat shakllarini o‘z ichigaolgan uch komponentli hamda kengaytirilgan modellari tahlil qilingan. Muallif tomonidan personalga qilinadiganxarajatlar va tizim samaradorligini baholash uchun to‘rt omilli determinatsiyalarga multiplikativ model hamdazanjirli o‘rin almashtirish usuli taklif etilgan. Ushbu metodika korxona boshqaruvidagi “tor” joylarni aniqlash varesurslardan foydalanish strategiyasini optimallashtirish imkonini beradi
