Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yoqilg‘i-energetika korxonalarida energiya tejamkor texnologiyalarni joriyetishga qaratilgan investitsiya loyihalarini moliyalashtirish mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish masalalari tadqiqetiladi. Energiya resurslariga talab ortib borayotgan sharoitda korxonalar faqat yangi quvvatlar yaratishhisobidan emas, balki mavjud ishlab chiqarish, uzatish va taqsimlash infratuzilmasida yo‘qotishlarni kamaytirishorqali ham investitsion samaraga erishishi mumkin. Maqolada energiya auditi, investitsiya pasporti, tejalganenergiya qiymati, hayotiy sikl xarajatlari, o‘zini o‘zi qoplash muddati, monitoring va verifikatsiya ko‘rsatkichlariasosida moliyalashtirish qarorlarini shakllantirish yondashuvi taklif etiladi. Taklif etilgan model energiya tejamkorinvestitsiya loyihalarida mablag‘ ajratish jarayonini texnik natijalar, moliyaviy qaytim va operatsion tejamkorlikbilan bog‘lashga xizmat qiladi.
