Abstract

Ushbu maqolada uzoq muddatli aktivlar samaradorligini baholashda asosiy ko‘rsatkichlartizimi (KPI)ni shakllantirish metodologiyasi va monitoring mexanizmi o‘rganiladi. Neft-gaz sanoatida transportxizmatlarini ko‘rsatuvchi “Sarbon-Neftegaz” aksiyadorlik jamiyati (134 ta avtomobil parki) misolida moliyaviyva moliyaviy bo‘lmagan KPI ko‘rsatkichlari tizimini loyihalashtirish, ularni strategik boshqaruv hisobi bilanuyg‘unlashtirish hamda real vaqt monitoring mexanizmini joriy etish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. MaqoladaKaplan va Norton BSC konsepsiyasiga asoslangan to‘rtta strategik perspektiva bo‘yicha KPI matritsasi ishlabchiqiladi va uning “Sarbon-Neftegaz” AJda tatbiq etilishining kutilayotgan samaradorligi baholanadi
