Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekiston davlat budjeti xarajatlarining monitoring va nazorat mexanizmlarinitakomillashtirishning moliyaviy samaradorlikka ta’sirini miqdoriy usullar asosida baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda2019–2023-yillar davomida O‘zbekiston Respublikasining 14 ta hududi bo‘yicha shakllantirilgan panel ma’lumotlardanfoydalanilgan (n = 70 ta kuzatuv). Olingan natijalar davlat budjeti xarajatlari samaradorligini oshirish, moliyaviy monitoringtizimini mustahkamlash hamda nazorat mexanizmlarini yanada takomillashtirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalarniishlab chiqish imkonini berdi. Tadqiqot yakunida davlat budjeti xarajatlarini samarali boshqarish va nazorat tiziminioptimallashtirish bo‘yicha aniq ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar shakllantirildi.
