Havo Ifloslanishini Monitoring Qilishda Raqamli Va Yashil Iqtisodiyot O‘Rni: Samaradorlik Va Siyosiy Qarorlar

Abstract

Mazkur tezisda havo ifloslanishining iqtisodiy oqibatlari, davlat byudjetiga tushiradigan bosimi hamda mehnatunumdorligi, sog‘liqni saqlash xarajatlari va investitsiya muhitiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan. Raqamlimonitoring tizimlari — xususan, Air Tashkent platformasi — ifloslanishning manbalarini aniqlash, axborot asimmetriyasinikamaytirish va resurslarni samarali taqsimlash imkonini beruvchi iqtisodiy boshqaruv vositasi sifatida baholangan. Yashiliqtisodiyot strategiyalari, elektr transport va energiya tejamkor texnologiyalarni joriy etishning iqtisodiy samaradorligiko‘rsatib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari Toshkent shahrida havo sifatini yaxshilashni iqtisodiy o‘sish, raqobatbardoshlik vainklyuziv rivojlanishning muhim omili sifatida shakllantirish zarurligini asoslaydi.
