Abstract

Mazkur tezisda transport va logistika korxonalarida korporativ boshqaruv tizimi hamda marketing siyosatiniuyg‘unlashtirish masalalari ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida transportlogistikaxizmatlariga bo‘lgan talabning ortib borishi, raqobat muhitining kuchayishi hamda mijozlar ehtiyojlariningmurakkablashuvi korxonalarda samarali korporativ boshqaruv va puxta marketing siyosatini shakllantirishni taqozoetmoqda. Tezisda korporativ boshqaruv mexanizmlarining marketing qarorlariga ta’siri, marketing siyosati orqalikorxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish yo‘llari, shuningdek transport va logistika sohasida barqaror rivojlanishnita’minlash masalalari yoritilgan.
