Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqot O‘zbekiston qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozorida yashil obligatsiyalar va barqaror investitsiyainstrumentlarini joriy etishning iqtisodiy ahamiyati, ekologik samaradorlikni oshirishdagi o‘rni hamda bandlik va iqtisodiyfaollikka ta’sirini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. ICMA Green Bond Principles, OECD va ISSB standartlari asosida yashilmoliyalashtirishning joriy etilishi ekologik loyihalarni shaffof moliyalashtirish, xalqaro investorlar ishonchini kuchaytirishva kapital bozorining chuqurlashuviga xizmat qilishi ta’kidlanadi. IRENA, ILO va Jahon Banki ma’lumotlari asosida qaytatiklanuvchi energiya va ekologik infratuzilma loyihalarining bandlikni oshirish, sanoatni diversifikatsiya qilish va iqtisodiymodernizatsiyani jadallashtirishga ko‘rsatadigan ijobiy ta’siri ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari yashil obligatsiyalarO‘zbekistonning barqaror rivojlanish strategiyasida muhim moliyaviy instrument sifatida shakllanayotganini ko‘rsatadi.
