Abstract

Mazkur tezisda erkin iqtisodiy zonalarning (EIZ) mohiyati, shakllanishi va rivojlanishining nazariy hamdaamaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Jahon tajribasi asosida rivojlangan va rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarda EIZlarni tashkiletishning asosiy maqsadlari, ularning hududiy rivojlanish, investitsiyalarni jalb etish va eksport salohiyatini oshirishdagio‘rni yoritib berilgan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasida erkin iqtisodiy zonalarning huquqiy asoslari, amaldagiholati va statistik ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilinib, ularning samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
