Abstract

Mazkur tezisda kichik biznes subyektlarini moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlashda garovsiz mikrokreditlarni qaytamoliyalashtirish tizimining iqtisodiy ahamiyati va amaliy samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda garov talablariningyuqoriligi kichik biznesning moliyaviy resurslarga kirish imkoniyatlarini cheklovchi asosiy omillardan biri ekanligi asoslabberiladi. Garovsiz mikrokreditlarni qayta moliyalashtirish mexanizmlarining banklar likvidligini ta’minlash, kredit risklarinitaqsimlash, foiz stavkalarini pasaytirish hamda kreditlash hajmini oshirishdagi roli yoritilgan
