Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bozor iqtisodiyoti sharoitida daromadlar taqsimoti va daromadlar tengsizligi muammosinazariy va empirik jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda daromadlar taqsimotining ishlab chiqarish omillariga egalik darajasi,mehnat bozori holati hamda institutsional muhit bilan o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ochib berilgan. Zamonaviy iqtisodiy jarayonlar,xususan, texnologik taraqqiyot va globallashuv sharoitida daromadlar tafovutining kuchayish sabablari asoslab berilgan.Jahon banki, Xalqaro valyuta jamg‘armasi, OECD va milliy statistika ma’lumotlari asosida daromadlar tengsizliginingiqtisodiy va ijtimoiy oqibatlari baholangan. Tadqiqot natijalari daromadlar tengsizligini yumshatishda davlatning fiskal vaijtimoiy siyosati muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanini ko‘rsatadi hamda iqtisodiy samaradorlik va ijtimoiy adolat o‘rtasidagimuvozanatni ta’minlash zarurligini asoslaydi
