Abstract

In the article, the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on entrepreneurship adopted by the state in recent years,the decisions of the government on activating the activities of the Republican Coordinating Council for the developmentand promotion of entrepreneurship, the new procedure for microcrediting, and the simplification of licensing, registration,accounting, reporting, and taxation have significantly improved the economic environment for the activities and developmentof small businesses in the country, and existing problems, suggestions, and recommendations are presented.
