O‘Zbekiston Iqtisodiyotida Inflyatsiyaning Asosiy Omillari Va Ularni Kamaytirish Strategiyalari

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotida inflyatsiyaning 2019–2024 yillardagi dinamikasi, uningshakllanishiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy tashqi va ichki omillar hamda inflyatsiyani pasaytirish strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi.Tadqiqotda O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Markaziy banki, Davlat statistika qo‘mitasi, Jahon banki va Xalqaro valyutajamg‘armasi kabi xalqaro va milliy institutlarning ochiq ma’lumotlaridan foydalanildi. Statistik ma’lumotlar asosidainflyatsiyaning yillik o‘zgarishlari, energiya narxlari, global oziq-ovqat bozoridagi siljishlar, milliy valyuta kursi va pulkreditsiyosati o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqliklar ko‘rib chiqildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, O‘zbekistonda inflyatsiyaning yuqoridarajada saqlanib qolishi, bir tomondan, tashqi narx shoklari va importga yuqori qaramlik bilan, ikkinchi tomondan esabozor infratuzilmasining yetarlicha rivojlanmagani, raqobatning sustligi va ayrim tariflarning ma’muriy tartibda o‘zgarishibilan izohlanadi. Maqola yakunida inflyatsiyani barqaror 5 foizlik maqsad darajasiga yaqinlashtirish uchun pul-kredit,fiskal va tarkibiy islohotlar majmuasidan iborat kompleks strategiya taklif etiladi.
