Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy tezisda O‘zbekistonda korporativ boshqaruv tizimining strategik investitsiyalarni jalb etishdagio‘rni va ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda korporativ boshqaruv tamoyillarining investitsion jozibadorlik, fond bozoririvoji hamda investorlar ishonchini mustahkamlashdagi roli yoritilgan. Shuningdek, “O‘zbekiston — 2030” strategiyasidoirasida belgilangan investitsion maqsadlarga erishishda shaffoflik, hisobdorlik va aksiyadorlar huquqlarini himoya qilishmexanizmlarining institutsional ahamiyati asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari korporativ boshqaruvni takomillashtirishstrategik investitsiyalar oqimini oshirish va iqtisodiy barqarorlikni ta’minlashga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
